Just received THE worst customer service EVER on the planet in history. Catherine Philip (if that's even her name) should be working at a funeral home and even that requires some kind of friendly customer service. It's better to deal with Videotron by calling them and avoid this store. Plus they should tell you about their hidden charges before hand and not afterwards.
