Been a customer for more than 30 year's, very reliable services but exspensive more exspensive than Bell or others. However recently, the waiting time to speak to customer service agent has gotten very ridiculous. It's sometimes 40mins- 1hr wait time, and then if you complain they give you the same recycled story that they experiencing more calls than usual which could be true.
