I'm sorry, I can't let you get away with that answer. You "invite" me to contact your customer service to "determine the reasons for the prepayment" requirement? You are missing the point, that I was misled that I would simply be coming into the store because that is where the inventory was. I was never told (never once) that there was the possibility of a prepayment for the phone. If I had known this, I would not have wasted the better part of two days coming to your store and back.
