Big 0. This location just avoid. Spoke with Videotron on the phone about transferring my iPhone to the newer one due to the ESIM, no problems, just present yourself in person (after verifying me) this location did not want to verify, did not do the transfer and did not want to help at all. I take a drive 10 minutes away to another location who did it for me under 5 minutes after verifying me with two IDS. Honestly this location is a lost cause.
