Rien contre cette succursale en particulier, juste tanné du mauvais service chez Vidéotron. Définitivement mon dernier téléphone avec cette compagnie.
Très mauvais service !!!! Nouveau client avec erreur de facturation… le commis qui regardait des vidéo avec ses collègues m’a dit jetait n’avais pas raison sur ma facturation et s’en fou !! J’ai appelé le service à la clientèle et on régler la situation en 12 secondes !!!! D’après moi je les dérangeais !!!! Exécrable
