The service with Vidéotron is catastrofic. Sometimes they take more than they’re supposed to on a payment, even of you re-confirm the amount on the recap. It happened to me more than once and they don’t have any mechanism to reverse that on the spot. Their biling is absolutely chaotic. I have both internet and mobility with them and each one is on a different platform. For some reason I’m able to access the platform for Hélix internet but for Mobility I can’t access the platform.
