Très bon service de Patrick chez Vidéotron sur Greber à Gatineau.
Completely shocked by the horrendous refusal of service at this Videotron store. I attest to being a witness to how that female employee refused service a Videotron customer. Employee refused several times when asked to say what her name is. No name tag either. Shocked that Videotron has employees claiming they will be fired if they help a customer out. Zero customer service. They keep the door locked during opening hours while 5 male staff and one female staff do absolutely Nothing! Only two staff wear name badges. They refuse service to clients. They refuse to tell their names. The only female staff refused to say her name or the name of the store manager. They repeat so-called "rules" to exhaustion, "rules" that make no sense, while repeating they can not serve clients as they fear they'll lose their jobs!!!
