Very friendly staff and an amazing selection of games, especially for a collector. Sometimes prices can be a little steep but the quality of the games is always great
went looking for retro games and found a decent selection at great prices. Lots of controllers and was cool to see a few for the TG16 . Clean and tidy store, Joe was helpful and friendly, making it a great first experience. will 100% go back.
Went to trade in some older games I had held onto a few months back. The gentleman at the counter spent a majority of time on the phone. After lowballing me numerous times he proceeded to try and bully me into accepting an objectively terrible deal and then mocked me for deciding to walk away. Thankfully I found a different store that was willing to treat me with respect and be fair. I would not recommend this location to anyone in the future.
Not a local but went in because we happened to be in the area and have bought from them online. Don't know if it's the owners or just regular employees, but whoever worked on the day felt super unwelcoming for whatever reason. Didn't really interact with them since they were all having their own conversation and we stated we were just looking around. Been here a few times to buy some games, even bought my first Switch here back in 2017. It’s the same old story every time: walk in, look around while being made to feel unwelcome, hear some sarcastic remarks while checking out. Sadly this store has a beautiful selection of rare games, but the owner makes a great argument for why you should go to GameStop instead with his awful attitude.
