Customer services never got back to me On my second order with them I purchase several games for black Friday. I got my delivery late (which was understandable as there was a post Canada strike going on at the time). The games arrived on december 24th, while I was with my in-laws for Christmas. What’s the point of staff coming to work if they don’t want to help customers
Don’t waste your time with this store absolute garbage customer service. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I came three times to get a refund. Cannot get a refund on a game or Exchange then they tell me if I don’t like it go to EB games what pieces of crap Staff these people need to go bankrupt then they will learn how to respect people
The games selection is amazing. Honestly the best I have ever seen in the GTA better prices than AC games in downtown Tor. The employee there seems to hate his job and all customers that walk in. I felt unwelcome but the games they had were amazing. I'm torn. I recommend you check it out and don't expect a warm welcome.
Don't bother trading in anything. They lie about the trade in values once you bring in the games. Ebgames/Gamestop is at least transparent.
