Good assortment of retro and new games/consoles, as well as retro/third party accessories. Prices and Customer service was good.

Small store with plenty of rarer games in stock. Prices about average. I've shopped here before, but I've always come away unimpressed by the customer service. In the past I've had the impression that women weren't exactly welcome here. Today, however, I had a very good experience with the elderly gentleman who helped me find what I was looking for. His fluent Japanese and knowledge of import games was impressive, and I would definitely shop here again, provided I can get this kind of service in future!
Old man that works there is pretty rude. I went there looking for cables because I have a few systems that I’m trying to complete. I asked him if he had extra cables anywhere and he rudely asked me which ones. He was looking at me like I had no business being there. I’ve been to a lot of different places that have them hanging on the wall where I can just look through them. I told him what I needed, and he pretty unhappily went to look for it. Went here to buy a game recently they claimed to have 10+ In stock of. Upon arrival....NONE. Apparently the website shows some warehouse stock. As a brand with one store, nobody would assume you have a warehouse, big waste of a 20+ min drive. Easy way to go from 5 stars to 1 star, sucks to suck
