I made an order during working hours with 1 day delivery (shown on their website) delivery arrived in 3 days
Bought a new PS5 controller on July 25 — had stick drift right out of the box. Came back 3 days later for a refund — they said “we don’t do refunds” and pointed to fine print on the receipt (which no one tells you about at the register). Instead of testing it in a real game, the guy plugs it into a machine and says it’s fine. Doesn’t matter — I've been gaming since I was kid, and I know what drift is.
