Been shopping at this store for a few years. Used to be a great store with good trade in value and fair prices. Recently it seems they have taken a page out of Game Stop's user manual. Quality control on used consoles is bad. Dirty and full of grime. Trade in value is very poor and markup's are very high. Used to like this store but I will no longer be shopping here. Steady decline over the last year and is now there is really no reason to shop here. Store needs new management.
I didn't have problems in the beginning, it was very easy. Go in, browse and buy. Friendly people, friendly service. But now it seems like when things are good with this place, they are great. But when they are bad, they are really bad. For the most part, the staff is very friendly, other times they seem to stare hole through you. It's really an odd feeling.
