Tried to trade in a va0 Dreamcast for the va1 Dreamcast they had in stock. The person that answered the phone said they don't accept console for console trades even if i offered to put money on top of the trade. They said that its their store policy and I had no problem with that, but it did sour me on spending any money at this store. I took my business elsewhere. Called a different retro game store and they took my trade without batting an eyelash and will continue to spend my money at the other store that took my trade.
Don't go to gamehoard come here instead
