Very pleasant experience every time. The guys are knowledgeable and always happy to share their expertise. I live in Europe, but because of my job I travel to Toronto a few times a year, and I always make a point of visiting Video Game Experts. I’ve stayed loyal to them for a reason. Every time I’m there, I manage to pick up a real gem at a fair price — often something that’s hard to find back home. Highly recommended.
I have had a fantastic experience with this video game store. I brought my Sega Genesis and Sega CD unit in after I experienced some colour and sound issues. I assumed that due to the age of the system and what I saw online that they simply needed the capacitors replaced. After the re-cap did not resolve all of my problems Shawn continued to support me any way he could until I ended up with a working unit.
