Sorry I even have to give a star. I bought a Groupon for a facial treatment. When I went in there, Videll, who does remind you of Kathy Bates, was so rude that immediately I felt uncomfortable. She continue to insult me to the point of what I thought was unprofessional attitude. I went this spa one morning after working a 12hr shift at the hospital. Videll was so welcoming, funny and warm. I got there at 0830 and she let me sleep until 1pm so I could be safe driving home. I had the best facial and massage to date at this spa, and the warm moist toilets were heavenly!
