My first time at Vida was with Dr. Julissa for a lymphatic massage. It helped my pregnancy swelling so much! I've returned a few times for prenatal massages. Everyone is so professional ! Highly recommend .
I visited Vida for the first time and had a prenatal massage with Aamna. She made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations with her skill! I struggle greatly with neck and upper back tension and she was able to effectively address and alleviate the tightness I had in these areas. She even gave me detailed feedback afterwards about what she noticed, which only further validated my experience. Overall, amazing massage and I highly recommend!
First time practicing yoga in a few years and this was just the right place / class. Feel very relaxed and light - looking forward to go again!

I got my prenatal massage done by Rebekah, and this is the most relaxing I have felt in a really long time. Rebakah has magic in her fingers. So good, so warm, the people, the ambience, the massage, all 10/10. So glad I found this gem. Definitely revisiting!
