We went to this clinic today to get a signature in order to get our kids into school. They wouldn't sign our documents and said it would take 7 to 14 days. Then they said our insurance wasn't valid and when I put partnership in health on the phone and they said billing was valid they still wouldn't help us. Front desk staff is so rude
Worst place to get care at. They are unorganized, have poor communication, will deny treatment regardless if you are scheduled for that treatment. They will deny care, they don’t even care to accommodate pregnant women. If you want to get dismissed. Wait over two hours to be told that you should go see another clinic. Then go here.
