Front Desk staff need urgent training in customer service skills especially the male receptionist. This guy thinks he is the "man" so is arrogant and rude to patients walking in. I look forward to the day he decides to act like that in front of the desk instead of behind the desk . On the hand hand doctor's and other clinic staff are wonderful but the entire experiance is soured by the front desk team. Do NOT take your children here!! If you care about your child, their development, having the 3, 6, 9, and 12 month appointments in time… just don’t do it. They do not have urgent appointments for urgent concerns, pediatric or not. They put off important and time-sensitive tasks involving prescriptions and paperwork. They say they’ll call you to make an appointment, then they don’t, so you have to call and make one, but there aren’t ever any available.
