Gave a survey on computer from you go read it. It will tell you why you only got 2 stars, was not happy. Tried 6 calls 2 differebt days an no answer, operator was leaving 2 messages no ones called or message me back. ,

Love this place! I've been coming for years with several different vehicles. The service department rocks. Hugo always takes care of me when I bring my truck in.
If I could give negative stars, I would. We purchased a car from Action Nissan a few years ago and always got it serviced here. Everything has gone downhill since it became Victory Nissan… in quality and also in care for their long term customers. We just recently had an incredibly bad experience here and took it to the Nissan Dealer in Cool Springs instead. The Cool Springs Nissan is honest and helpful… don’t waste your time or money here.
