Very unprofessional business, please avoid, used them for a property settlement, they couldn’t provide necessary documents, were difficult to get in contact with as soon as I had paid them. Requested a copy of a previous sale contract done through this company for an important legal matter and couldn’t get in contact with anyone or organise it being done. Really unprofessional and unhelpful, take your business elsewhere.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst conveyancing service we've ever used. Run by part-timers who are never available, never fully present or vested. We used this company to save money. It wasn't worth the mental angst, severe stress and the time it took just to complete the simplest thing. Next time, we will pay good money to professionals and NEVER use this unprofessional, amateur organisation again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely useless. I used them when I sold my apartment and they were terrible. They are unorganised and never answer calls and take days to respond to emails, if at all. They messed up the contract several times and I had to literally drive around Melbourne the day prior to settlement to have a contract signed because they didn't do their job properly. Very stressful experience and would not trust them with what is the biggest purchase / sale in your life.
