Having resided there for about 5 years, The first couple of years it was delightful. At some point, it began to go downhill. All of a sudden mice began to infiltrate. We cannot convince them that they were mice in the building, and that indeed it was an infiltration of them. It wasn’t until they actually got out of hand that management did something about it. Stay away from this apartment complex. My mother has been without a working HVAC heater since the beginning of April, and despite multiple maintenance requests, management has failed to resolve the issue. The only response was to provide a small space heater, which is completely insufficient to warm the entire unit. Her bathroom remains ice-cold. We have complained before that the second floor is full of rats and mice with an infestation but no one responds. Take care of your health and don’t go there

If I could give it 0 starts I would! This management here never knows what they’re doing they’re always late with paperwork when you hand it to them on time or even early! Please do better
