I have always had a gym membership at one of the "big box" gyms or another. I had never seen results that I am experiencing since I've been at Victory Fitness for the last year! My body is transforming in ways that I never thought would be possible, and I am stronger than I ever thought I was! Before Victory Fitness, I would go to the gym and not really know what to do or how to do it, so I would quickly become bored and I would end up paying for a gym membership that I wasn't using. Great place to work out - the trainers are wonderful! They really help hands on and make sure you have the correct form. It's not your typical gym - it's like a big family. Totally recommended!!
Victory Fitness in Windham is truly a gem! It is not a big box gym, but more like a family where you gain support, accountability and actually learn to eat well and lose weight. You will see results quickly here because the trainers really care and they track your eating as well as your goals. The classes are small so you really get the attention you need and deserve. Awesome place!
Victory Fitness has helped me in so many ways, not just physical but mentally to, great place to work out not your typical gym, so glad I am part of the family.... Live in Victory = )
