Never again! I am giving Victory Curtains and Blinds one star for their unprofessional approach. It took 14 months to have the blinds installed for just two bedrooms. After five attempts and five different installers, we were finally assigned to Charlie, who made it his mission to complete the job as he felt bad that it had taken so long for us to receive what we had paid for. For this reason, we are giving Charlie five stars for his excellent work. Thank you Charlie!!

Old customer that recently had their outdoor awnings ripped from their wall mounts due to high winds in Melbourne. Contacted Victory Blinds (via email to their service centre) to ask for assistance to re-attach said awnings and was told via automated email that they would be in contact within 3-5 business days. Included photos of the damage and the job number as requested from their service staff. I sent the email on 08/09/2025. The installer Charlie was on time, communication was spot on and work clean and efficient.
We really appreciate installer Charlie's attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure our curtains were hung perfectly. The final result is beautiful!
