Great to start off with. Consultant was good but took some incorrect measurements that resulted in 5 months of negotiation and the threat of mr contacting consumer affairs. Sadly would not recommend to anyone. Installers were messy and did not clean up after themselves although they have the equipment in their vehicles. Use anyone but these ppl. 100% of $$ is required up front and there is a HUGE battle to get a refund and an admittance that they are wrong
Charlie and Jill (Victory Blinds) installed our curtains and Roman blinds. They were quick, efficient, friendly and tidy. Would recommend.
Although the saleswoman was lovely, the quote for an outdoor folding arm awning was 5K more than two other quotes I had received for the exact same product and that was with a discount from Victory. Not competitive in pricing, definitely worth shopping around.
Never again! I am giving Victory Curtains and Blinds one star for their unprofessional approach. It took 14 months to have the blinds installed for just two bedrooms. After five attempts and five different installers, we were finally assigned to Charlie, who made it his mission to complete the job as he felt bad that it had taken so long for us to receive what we had paid for. For this reason, we are giving Charlie five stars for his excellent work. Thank you Charlie!!
