I brought in a piece of Christmas embroidery work done by my mother years ago and asked if it could be made into a lumbar throw pillow. Victor's assisted in helping me select the proper cording and within 3 days I received a call that it was ready! It turned out beautifully! They even put in an invisible zipper so the piece cover could be removed for cleaning which was a nuce surprise. A small project for Victor's but based on the excellent craftsmanship I highly recommend them for this type of work.

Took a Chapman horn lamp in for a simple repair. I was told it needed rewired. I agreed and paid a premium to have it done. When I picked it up the horn was all scratched. They said they couldn’t say whether they did the scratches or not as they didn’t look at it when I dropped it off basically blaming me and taking no responsibility. The horn is scratched beyond repair and is ruined. I could not believe how careless they were with an expensive lamp. Never again will I use this company or recommend them. I asked Victor‘s to recover my great grandparent’s couch and guest chair and two loveseats and an ottoman that I acquired over 30 years ago. My great grandparents furniture is close to 80 years old and needed a lot of repairs. I also asked Victor‘s to create some complementary pillows our other furniture and merge everything together. Very poor service. We dropped off a cushion to be restuffed and paid a premium price and told it would be ready in two to five days. They would call when ready. My wife called after 10 days and was told it was ready. Went to pick up only to be told it was NOT ready and they would have it done in a hour and would call. Again, no call. Went back to pickup and was told it was finally finished but they didn't have the courtesy to call.
