Very poor service. We dropped off a cushion to be restuffed and paid a premium price and told it would be ready in two to five days. They would call when ready. My wife called after 10 days and was told it was ready. Went to pick up only to be told it was NOT ready and they would have it done in a hour and would call. Again, no call. Went back to pickup and was told it was finally finished but they didn't have the courtesy to call. I was in a pinch needing lampshades for a client install. Found some simple linen ones at this place, took them immediately to my client's only to find them crunched and damaged once the cellophane was removed and the bulb turned out. They made me buy all new ones, and didn’t take them back. Terrible customer service and won’t be using them again.
