This is my third time going to Victoria Taxes since I moved here from Florida. Tamika who did my taxes two years in a row and is very nice lady who works hard to work with you. The staff that works at is very nice and welcoming.

Horrible service! They've had my tax return since March and now I can't get them to return my calls!
Different people attending the office. Looks like it changed ownership. It's kind of creepy. It's my last year doing my taxes here. Not what i expected on customer service. Don't waist your time and money here.
