Different people attending the office. Looks like it changed ownership. It's kind of creepy. It's my last year doing my taxes here. Not what i expected on customer service. Don't waist your time and money here.

The WORST experience ever. I had them file my taxes last year and they never called me to tell me they were done. THEN closed for the season. No lie 54 phone calls plus 12 to the emergency contact number and a Facebook message and no response. I threatened them with police and they called the next day to tell me to pick it up 3 months later. Their excuse was because they forgot to ask for my phone number even though I gave them my number the previous year and my address is on every paper I gave them. I filed my taxes way before the deadline, however was charged a late fee and interest because it was filed late. I’ve been trying to contact them for months now without one returned call. Extremely disappointed with them. I would avoid this company at all costs!!

I asked Lori to file my "941" and "940", her response was "sure". Last year I was charged penalty and interest bc it was late. This year, my "941" for the last quarter was again late but she deducted the fines off my bill. But the "940" has yet to be deducted from my account. Also the "941" for the first quarter was not filed. I have been contacting her since January, asking her to look into this. I received many excuses and now she won't even answer me. She needs to do a better job for her clients. It's her job!!!
