Horrible service! They've had my tax return since March and now I can't get them to return my calls!
Different people attending the office. Looks like it changed ownership. It's kind of creepy. It's my last year doing my taxes here. Not what i expected on customer service. Don't waist your time and money here.
The WORST experience ever. I had them file my taxes last year and they never called me to tell me they were done. THEN closed for the season. No lie 54 phone calls plus 12 to the emergency contact number and a Facebook message and no response. I threatened them with police and they called the next day to tell me to pick it up 3 months later.
