I visited the Victoria’s Secret store in Parramatta today and was very disappointed with the level of service. When I walked in, there were two staff members standing at the entrance, but neither of them greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Instead, they stood at the front chatting with each other about their personal activities outside of work. 10/10 for girlfriend, 1/10 for the wallet
After driving for well over an hour to find the store and to find that it has no changing rooms where you can try on clothes and if you've later found it doesn't fit or it's not right you don't get offered a refund you get offered a credit which is absolutely no use if you don't live in the country.
