After driving for well over an hour to find the store and to find that it has no changing rooms where you can try on clothes and if you've later found it doesn't fit or it's not right you don't get offered a refund you get offered a credit which is absolutely no use if you don't live in the country.

I would not recommend shopping at the Victoria’s Secret Parramatta store. The staff did not explain their exchange policy before finalising my purchase. I bought three body mists as a gift, but realised shortly after that my friend preferred a different scent. I returned to the store within 2 minutes to request an exchange — the items were unopened, with the receipt, and in perfect condition.
