Poor customer service, the ladies sounded so rude. If you take longer time to decide the product they make you feel so uncomfortable like roaming around you, i wanted to try something new this time and took maybe 10 mins (hardly) later when i was in the counter the lady asked you only want one. Let customer decide their choice. P.s. store wasnt even that crowded.
I took the murrys up to find very little to buy i would go back your forced to buy online this can be a problem because you cant return underwear online i lost a $130 in underwear i bought a size to big opened one packet and said the other packets not opened no refund so i thoght go to the i will go to the retail shop then but on online the shop dows not sell the products that are online. I visited the Victoria’s Secret store in Parramatta today and was very disappointed with the level of service. When I walked in, there were two staff members standing at the entrance, but neither of them greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Instead, they stood at the front chatting with each other about their personal activities outside of work.
