Saw online that the shop does bra fitting but once we drove an hour to get there I found out they have no fitting rooms so expected me to be measured on the shop floor without even a curtain to stand behind. Poor customer service and I expected better from a known brand shop

Poor customer service, the ladies sounded so rude. If you take longer time to decide the product they make you feel so uncomfortable like roaming around you, i wanted to try something new this time and took maybe 10 mins (hardly) later when i was in the counter the lady asked you only want one. Let customer decide their choice. P.s. store wasnt even that crowded.
I took the murrys up to find very little to buy i would go back your forced to buy online this can be a problem because you cant return underwear online i lost a $130 in underwear i bought a size to big opened one packet and said the other packets not opened no refund so i thoght go to the i will go to the retail shop then but on online the shop dows not sell the products that are online.
