The staff was very helpful and welcoming.
I accidentally dropped my sunglasses in the store and left my cellphone number in case someone found them. One of your associates called me and said she had found them and would leave them with a note for me. When I went back five days later to pick them up, they were gone and nobody seemed to know what happened. I never received a proper explanation regarding the situation. Not an outlet!! The reviews say it is but it changed to a normal VS store a year or so ago. The salesperson at the front door was rude when I asked about it. Maybe she gets asked a lot and was irritated by that? I don't know. Otherwise store was the same prices as any other VS I've been to.
