Staff was good. Went there to purchase mists as gifts for overseas family. Online mist price is $18. In store staff member said you need to purchase a bra otherwise mist price is 37.90 dollars but if you purchase 2 you will get 1 for free. Long story short: I purchased 2 and got one for free. I don’t often shop at Victoria’s Secret, but I popped into the Highpoint store today looking for a couple of gifts for friends—and I’m so glad I did! I was greeted by the most beautiful lady with exceptional customer service ethics. She was incredibly helpful, showed me her personal favourites (which was perfect since I had no idea what I was looking for), and offered a range of great options. Adriana was so helpful!! She measured me to get my bra sized and got me different bras to try on!! She was very friendly and accommodating when I wanted to try on a different bra! Thank you Adriana!
We visited the store on Friday for my daughter’s birthday as they had this beautiful perfume pack with body lotion. I have to say my only regret was not getting the staff members name because she was so helpful, polite and friendly! Having spent most of the morning in other stores with staff that acted like they very much didn’t want to be there, it was so nice to actually feel welcomed. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so memorable, she was smiling for hours!
visiting highpoint on saturday evening ,i dont usually go for VS however decided to pop in and met with the lovely sophie ! her energy is great and bubbly so were the girls on the register
