We were literally inconvenienced so much today. We were racially profiled and accused of stealing a product we CLEARLY already owned. The lipgloss that they were accusing us of “stealing” was literally used and dirty compared to all their products, it was obvious that it was ours. We asked them to check the camera’s and agreed to empty our pockets, and yet they were being awfully incompetent, making us almost miss our bus. When they finally realised that we didn’t in-fact take their stupid lipgloss, they barely apologised.
we were racially profiled today in the store, got accused of stealing when i was literally saying how good their product was, almost made us miss our bus to check cameras and barely said sorry when they found me innocent like what like literally so bad.
I had no problems until i went to the check out. I was waiting my turn and there was someone infront of me paying and the staff girl was really nice to her and then when it came my turn to pay for my things that completely changed. She was raised her voice at me in an annoyed manner when i asked a question and full on death stared me as she was bagging my clothes and handed it to me while i was the one smiling at her. Didn’t even say thank you
Such an enjoyable experience. Service-really good. Beautiful pjs! So comfy! So many gorgeous scents. Could do with an upgrade of POS / system to see stock between stores. Not the fault of staff in store. Packaging and wrapping is an experience
