Horrifying Experience at VS Chadstone – AVOID Visited on 4 March 2023, 6:50pm. A rude, aggressive security guard screamed at innocent teenage girls — yelling “Shut up! I’m calling the manager!” with zero chance for them to speak. It was humiliating and traumatic, ruining what was meant to be a birthday celebration. Staff were kind, but the damage was done. Extremely poor professionalism - bought pj’s for my wife. Price tags incorrect and not consistent when scanning at register. Stated no manager on site to overrule system. Informed to pay full price and leave details and difference will be refunded within 10 business days. Had to contact store as they didn’t contact me and customer support many times.
