The choices of lingerie are absolutely shocking you can’t even try on the underwear over clothes so you won’t know what it looks like only lingerie shop in chadstone and it’s absolutely sad please get more lingerie shops of higher quality suppose to be the biggest shopping centre in Melbourne but it doesn’t stock any good quality lingerie it’s sad

My experience at Chadstone was the worst. I was going in the store to shop like everybody else there, as soon. As I left, the security guard stopped me and asked to check my bag. I was willing to do so, and let him check multiple times. He kept on implying that I may have stolen goods in my purse and had a worker come check. The worker had to apologise for this inconvenience and it was upsetting and humiliating. There were 2 other girls with me, and they also had purses. Their bags did not get checked. had a very disappointing experience at Victoria’s Secret recently. A few days after purchasing a bra at full price, I went back to return it. As soon as I asked, the staff immediately said no returns are allowed right now. When I pointed out that my receipt clearly stated returns are allowed within 14 days, they suddenly changed their story. Both employees seemed completely unaware of their own policy (which is printed on every receipt) and had to call a manager to confirm. I had a great experience shopping until I was approached by a security guard and a worker for a “mandatory bag check.” What followed was incredibly invasive, they went through every single pocket of my bag, including my wallet and a small bag with personal hygiene products.
