Being served to buy something without fuss, but SA turns to attend another customer butting in to ask something. Please help your SAs understand finishing a sale before attending others. Better service at Krispy Kreme for a mere coffee.
The staff is rude like they will literally look at you like you are an inconvenience to them. Every time I enter the store, I just end up leaving without buying anything because of how terrible the customer service is
Don’t normally shop here but decided to visit a couple days and Sophia was so lovely that I’m still thinking about the interaction. So helpful and she took so much time explaining and suggesting bras because I struggle with a bigger cup. She never made me feel rushed and gave such genuine recommendations. Made the whole experience do much easier and less intimadating .!
Me and a close friend of mine visited the Emporium’s Victoria’s Secret and experienced one of the most poorest customer service. Not only were all the items overly expensive, but also the staff were doing anything but helping. Once I paid for my item, a specific security guard stopped me and asked to see my reciept. Written by of my daughter: My friend and I were browsing around the store (yesterday on the 9th) when i realised we were being followed around by a white male employee. He kept walking around us pretending to fold clothes and eying us before coming up to us asking if we needed help with anything, my friend is deaf and didn’t hear his question properly and was confused so I just said no we were all good.
