Kinda awful really. Stood at the counter for at least 5minutes with no one there at all to serve us and it wasn’t busy either. Was very close to walking out despite being ready to purchase
Good Store with a good set of collections.
My experience here today was nothing but atrocious. The staff was incredible rude and I can confidently say that as I asked two seperate workers for help and got a rude response of "right over there looks through them yourself" and a non friendly attitude from the cashier that served me with no eye contact, no words, just a "are you buying this?" with a dirty look as I placed my item on the counter. Very disappointed, will not be returning.
As other reviews state: staff here are so rude One staff members treated me like I was trying to steal items - based in my appearance As she was on her high horse I don’t recommend going to this store, unless you like to be treated like a criminal or spoken to rudely.
While most Victoria’s Secret staff I’ve encountered provide excellent service, my recent visit was disappointing. The register attendant: who appeared to be wearing a white jacket spent a long time wrapping and chatting to the customer ahead of me but then did not wrap my items and was unprofessional in her attitude towards me. Seems like a racist. All customers deserve the same courteous treatment.
