Good experience
Such a great experience, all the staff were so lovely, helpful, and patient. While I was there one of the employees were being treated very rudely by a customer, he was saying awful things and it seemed racially motivated. I was soo impressed by how calmly and professionally she handled the situation. She and the rest of the workers deserve credit for staying positive when faced with such horrible behaviour. I just wanted to say thank you to all the staff who made my visit so great
Customer service is terrible, particularly the lady we encountered at the service desk. My daughter was unaware you can’t return bras for a refund. Exchange was offered but nothing available in her size so left with an expensive bra that doesn’t fit.
Extremely poor service. I confirmed with the staff that I wanted the Tease Eau de Parfum (black bottle), but they gave me the wrong one and refused to fix their mistake in the store. I ended up paying for an expensive fragrance that I never asked for. No proper customer support, very unprofessional.
Very bad experience. I clearly asked for the Tease Eau de Parfum (black bottle), but they gave me the wrong fragrance (Crème Cloud) and charged me for it. I went back the same day, but the staff refused to help and told me to contact customer service instead. I paid a high price for something I did not want, and still no solution. Very disappointing service
