Amazing service even though I came close to closing they were very thorough and kind making sure I got the set I fit and liked.
Very pretty lingerie, but their sizing sucks, and they always size me wrong, making me feel that they only want to sell me a bad fitting bra over actually helping me. Other bra companies just tell me they don't have my size if they don't and will give me a list of places they think might carry my size. Very disappointed in the work ethic here.
Useless website, you cannot track your order if you don’t have account opened with these guys. The number of your order in the confirmation email doesn’t work if you try to click on it. And the timing… takes bloody ages to get your order, and if you ordered wrong size, bad luck! They don’t do returns and accept them only if the item is faulty. I would definitely post my review on Trust Pilot and Product Review.
Now this VS is my favourite one to purchase from in-person, I purchase quite often. Kind welcoming staff, their assistance and success in helping patrons, splendid! But to be fair, 23/07/25 around 1.40-2.40pm, some brunette staff in a slick back ponytail decided be a little grumpy. Kinda awful really. Stood at the counter for at least 5minutes with no one there at all to serve us and it wasn’t busy either. Was very close to walking out despite being ready to purchase
