Extremely disappointing customer service experience at Victoria's Secret Emporium today (Monday, Oct 26, around 4:45–5:00 PM). When I arrived, it was nearly impossible to find anyone available to assist. I noticed a staff member (a blonde girl) who wasn't with another customer. She repeatedly made eye contact with me, saw that I clearly needed help, and actively looked away and walked off. Such a disappointing experience, especially for a store located in the heart of the city at Emporium. I asked a lovely young staff member about an XS night set I wanted to buy as a GIFT and whether there were any non wrinkled ones available (which there were in other sizes hung there). She told me the set was still new (despite the price tag ripped off) and that the cashier staff could for sure iron/steam it for me. Huge thank you to Alex for helping me in the fitting room! Her customer service skills were exceptional, and she was efficient but still never rushed me. With my size I usually struggle to find a bra that both looks good and feels comfortable, but alex went above and beyond to find bras that worked for me. She made a vulnerable space feel very comfortable, and I ended up leaving with four bras + newfound confidence ❤
Lovely store at Emporium! Bright, tidy and easy to browse, and the staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy. Will definitely be back! 👍
