I had a really uncomfortable experience at this store due to a staff member making an unsolicited and inappropriate comment about my size. While restocking, she turned to me, said “these ones are XL and XXL,” and then looked me up and down. In 2025, there is absolutely no excuse for assuming a customer’s body or size, let alone scanning them visually while doing so. Just bought a body lotion as a gift and had it for 2 days which was never used. Tried to exchange it for a different scent and was told no exchanges or refunds. Apparently this policy is on their receipt and not said to you when youre making the purchase at the counter. How useless is it for this policy to be on the receipt when you have already made the purchase! Its already too late at that point?

Strange place, the staff all seem very confused and out of it. They are really awkward and don’t seem to know what’s going on.

I recently got fitted for and purchased personal apparel from Victoria's Secret in the Emporium Melbourne. The sales consultants were exemplary. They were attentive and understanding and could not do enough to assist me with my purchase. I want to personally thank Alex, who fitted me for my apparel, as she demonstrated excellent customer service skills, and I could not have felt more comfortable with her and my subsequent purchase. Five Stars to this team and especially Alex, who was absolutely wonderful - thank you so much.
