I’m not from here so I came in to quickly try a couple of things on, I got to change rooms just as they were closing and the wonderful Charlize let me quickly jump in and try on a bra i’ve been wanting for MONTHS. I just want to say a huge thankyou to Charlize, she was wonderful. Super lovely to talk to and made my day so much better when I was thinking I’d missed my chance to try on what I wanted. Thankyou 🥰

Very bad behaviour of the ladies in store. They talked very rudely as if I have done something wrong, I was in changing room the lady came and stand there and I felt uncomfortable till I left the store. They are very unprofessional. I came to return after 45min of purchase she could have talked nicely but they both standing together and were talking, once I went to see other options they were making faces. I informed other lady as well, and she also got upset. This was my last visit here. Until these ladies are working here.

Went in this week to look at perfumes and was delighted to be helped by Charlize, she fully put me onto my fav new scent (shout out cashmere fleur) and her bubbly, effervescent personality was contagious. 10/10 coming back

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I experienced at the Victoria’s Secret Docklands store during my visit on the 15th of May 2026, between 8:00pm and 08:10pm. The level of customer service I encountered was extremely disappointing and entirely inconsistent with the professional standards expected from an internationally recognised brand.
