Walked into this store , the lady ( I saw she has lots of complaints already) . Came at me for holding my coffee ( not drinking it) was very discriminating towards me .
Blonde staff (around 50-60 ish years old) were very rude to my friends.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Victoria’s Secret Docklands store. The customer service was extremely poor — staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic manners. Instead of feeling welcomed or assisted, I felt uncomfortable and ignored. In particular, during my visit on the 2nd, between approximately 4:20–5:30 pm, one oldish Asian lady was especially rude and unprofessional.
