I had a very disappointing experience at the Victoria’s Secret Docklands store. The customer service was extremely poor — staff were rude, dismissive, and lacked basic manners. Instead of feeling welcomed or assisted, I felt uncomfortable and ignored. In particular, during my visit on the 2nd, between approximately 4:20–5:30 pm, one oldish Asian lady was especially rude and unprofessional. I completely agree with the review shared along with the photo by Yasumi. The same lady misbehaved with us when I visited the store with my sister. Throughout our time in the store, she watched us closely, as if she suspected we were going to steal something. While another staff member was assisting us, this lady told her not to let my sister try on more items, saying she wanted to be sure we were actually going to buy something.
