Went in this week to look at perfumes and was delighted to be helped by Charlize, she fully put me onto my fav new scent (shout out cashmere fleur) and her bubbly, effervescent personality was contagious. 10/10 coming back
I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I experienced at the Victoria’s Secret Docklands store during my visit on the 15th of May 2026, between 8:00pm and 08:10pm. I’ve visited this store three times hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Neither the staff at the entrance nor the cashier were welcoming or polite. I felt uncomfortable each time. I hope the management works on improving their customer service.👎🏻👎🏻
