When I finally did find an employee to assist me, she was extremely helpful. But the store was a mess, drawers had underwear just dumped in. At checkout there was a random hair tie, chunks of paper, just random garbage on the floor, every Victoria Secret store I've ever been in has always been spotless, the employees extremely professional and discreet.... Definitely was not the case here. At one point I couldn't find a single employee to help me find anything.
1st time shopping in store for bra. Never knew my real size. I usually hate shopping, but this was an overall all good experience. The lady helping me made sure we found the right bra and shipped me the color that I wanted as it wasn't in-store. She was very nice to work with.
Stopped at this store to return an item purchased online. Coming from hours away, I arrived to store close to closing. I had proof of purchase and all tags/ packaging bag attached. The sales woman informed me I could not return the item since I ordered it on Sept. 10. Today is Oct. 11. She said returns are not accepted after 30 days from the order date. I left store.
