I went there the other day and they had a sale going on. The advertising specifically said spend $100+ get a free fleece blanket , I spent $115 and didn’t receive one. On my way out I did take a second look at posted advertising around the store to see if I missed something of requirements. There was nothing else posted then I asked a worker if I missed something and she explained that I have to spend $125. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the bras. Today I was very disappointed in the service not one happy person I had to find someone to help me. I got measured because it’s been awful the lady told me what I should be looking for so I went to try it on it was to big so of course you push the button for service I get a lady that stated it was a good size. Umm no it wasn’t the straps were digging in my shoulder and my boob was popping out of the bottom . So I had to ask for a different size and after that she was rude ... read more
One employee was helpful at first and then she joined the other employees to chat. Had to interrupt their chat to use fitting room and then no one followed up to see if I needed a different size. Fitting rooms were SO dirty, as well as the majority of the store. Check out employee was SO rude and never even uttered a "thank you". Terrible service and they definitely had enough employees to offer top-tier service.

Very friendly and extremely helpful always willing to go to extra mile. Their Manager Tati always has a smile on her face.
