I visited today (Saturday) at 4:55 PM. A staff member abruptly told us they were closed. I pointed out the operating hours displayed in the lift, and she said they had not been updated. She then went to the main counter to check the timings and returned a few moments later saying, “You have one hour,” without any apology or acknowledgment of the confusion.
