Just did a shop in Lidcombe and every staff member we spoke to was lovely and helpful, it can be overwhelming because of the vastness of the shop and the amount of products but everyone was en pointe at the Lidcombe store! Thanks folks!
Massive store for all things you could possibly want in a kitchen and dining. Lots of selection for cookware, cutlery, plates, etc. Prices are quite competitive and reasonable for what you get. There are plenty of products from global suppliers in Europe and elsewhere. Their online store is also great, but sometimes shopping in person is best for things like this.
I have been shopping at this store since 2019, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. The lady manager here, is so much rude, often argues with customers, speaks so disrespectfully, scolds staff in front of customers, and is often on her phone while customers are waiting on a long line. The service at the QVB and Alexandria stores is much better, with friendly and professional staff. On my last visit, I spent about $1,500 and asked for one extra plastic bag. Service counter people were very unfriendly. No greetings no assisstance, just unconcerend attitude. Did not have a good experience at check out.
