Today we went shopping at Victoria Basement QVB and we had an issue with one of the items we wanted to buy, but the manager dealt with the situation very professionally and politely. We left the store very satisfied with our products and the service received. We highly recommend this store. The variety and quality of the products are amazing as well.
Please pop into this store before you drive km to another. They have everything and more. I may have grabbed a large bag of peeled pistachios at the checkout counter.
The bearded cashier picked the customers he preferred to serve. Poor cashier service! There were at least 5 counters, I was 2nd customer lining for the rightmost counter, I waited for at least 5 mins coz the lady cashier went to the storeroom checking something. There was only 1 other cashier, serving another queue on a counter which was far away from the queue I was lining up. I thought my queue was the only one.
