My daughter has been learning German here for nearly 3 years and has had two very good teachers during that time. One teacher even inspired her to do an exchange program to Germany which she did for 3 months and loved. It’s been a good experience for us.

Hi team, I’m writing to ask whether there is a formal process for lodging a complaint or providing feedback regarding the service received from VSL. I have attempted to contact your office on multiple occasions to resolve enrolment matters for one student, as well as an additional enrolment request for Indonesian, and have not received any response. i am a was a student at vsl and have since withdrawn as it has only caused my stress. they have some new system and it is disastrous. constant problems, no support and no help. i couldnt get into the classroom, they SENT MY ENROLMENT CONFIRMATION TO THE WRONG PERSON and i was meant to receive a workset in the mail at the start of the year and received it term two. this has been a horrible experience not to mention they hardly answer emails and phone calls.

If I could give this school 0 stars I would. I was enrolled and in the 3rd week a kid went missing and they didn't know anything because they hadn't even made a roll to mark students off on. (Turns out the kid walked out or sm I don't know). Their organisation is horrible. The teachers are just as in the dark as us students and parents. An assembly was announced a week in advance but was moved twice AFTER the students had come to the assembly hall. No reason at all. Anyway don't waste your time, money or sanity. Very poor quality of teachers and teaching material but expensive tutoring costs per term. Admin have no customer service support as nobody seems to pick up the phone or answer their emails. Teachers were so bad during my time here as the environment to study (my language) didn’t foster a love or motivation for the language, but more so dislike from students for it as they didn’t bother to accommodate to everyone’s different language level with their lack of effort or engagement with students.
