Dodgy people and unreliable. I called twice to confirm pick up of car with ebaad and they didn't show up. Worst of all they didn't even answer calls. Wasted hours behind Worst kind of business.
Very helpful staff and very easy process to rent a car. Rented car for 9+ months never had any issues. Great service and Great Experience.

All of their cars come with roadside assistance, which gave us real peace of mind, especially with kids. We actually needed a jump start once and they arrived in about 10 minutes, which was impressive. Fair pricing, great service, and very reliable. Highly recommended.
