The staff at victoria physiotherapy are an amazing, friendly, knowledgeable group of professionals . They exude confidence and care while providing the highest level of treatment to their patients . Even while you are at times stressed and overwhelmed with what is happening , they make you feel comfortable and empowered during your therapy. They are a happy group of people , who have an upbeat work environment , which makes a place , that for me personally ,makes my physio so much less daunting than i anticipated.
Went here for an IMS needling session (booked specifically for IMS) upon arrival (2 weeks after booking) was informed Adam C. who I was booked with was unqualified to do this then was strung along with promises that someone else might have time to do some needling. One wasted hour later I'd received a rather unhelpful treatment and a single needle that missed the mark. Would not recommend.
Adam has been absolutely amazing with addressing my injury recovery - I highly recommend him!
I liked the fact he will sit and listen to your needs and helps you to get back to my daily life. I do recommend Dustin and Victoria Physiotherapy as a great place to get healthy. I will use him again in the future of need be. Thanks Dustin and your staff 👍
