Although I did not actually engage Victoria to perform an appraisal, she was nonetheless accessible and willing to dialogue with me about my painting, which came to me as part of an estate. She took two calls from me as well as a couple of e-mails, looked at some photos of the item, and gave me sound advice, delivered in a professional and friendly fashion.
