I worked at the place for a year and know how toxic the environment is. I would never suggest anyone to trust the management. At Victoria staff is always short and rush so much to wake up the residents so that they can be there exactly at 8 AM and if not then chef will be mad at the nurses and treat them rudely. When I joined I didn’t even got training for working mornings and night shifts and got scheduled for them, I asked the director to provide me some orientation but nothing was done. Full of mold worked as the Maintenance Coordinator and quit due to working conditions and corrupt management. Don't put loved ones here. Needs inspections and OSHA visits.
The operator is very rude. She literally doesn't know how to talk.
