I was a longtime patient when this office was Laserderm and always had great excellent care. I called near the end of the pandemic and found out Dr. Sharon retired, Victoria Park Medispa took over. I had an appt with a lovely Male Dr who set me up to continue with my laser treatments, which gave me such relief knowing I could continue at this office. I went in for a rosacea consult after recently being diagnosed. Pretty overwhelmed with the whole thing to begin with, and the entire appointment they were basically only selling me on laser treatment (which is very costly), providing no other alternatives or support or education about skin care and how to help my rosacea. The doctor then came in and it was more of the same, plus very rushed.
