Very Nice service. Staff is professional and make you comfortable with them. Thanks to Lauren and the nurse for your explanation of the issues of my skin. Very little information about the procedure and costs. I arrived early for my appointment, and the nurse who attended to me was impatient and performed the procedure in less than five minutes without giving any explanation before or after the procedure, nor any information about aftercare or the cost. She redirected me to the payment site without explanation, and when I complained, she just said, “Oh, I'm sorry.” Unprofessional and unfriendly.
I have had excellent care from Victoria Park Medispa. Their nurse practitioner is thoughtful and noticing — attentive to changes that possibly occur between dermatological check ups. Their appointment follow up by phone and by email is reassuring.
Very efficient, friendly, and the price is reasonable.
