I came through ClassPass. The first time everything was fine, but today when I arrived, the receptionist told me they tried to contact me to cancel because the nail technician had an emergency , but they didn’t have my number on file. I mentioned they could have checked my info on ClassPass or canceled directly there. Instead, I was offered a later time the same day, which was not a real solution. Very unprofessional
A very disappointing experience at Avanti. My appointment time in their system did not match what I was told over the phone. As a result, I was informed I was late and couldn’t receive the full service I had booked. I was also told a confirmation text had been sent—but I received nothing. When I raised this with the acting manager (who demonstrated very poor customer service skills), she claimed my “confirm by text” option had been turned off and that I must have cancelled it myself. I had such a wonderful experience at Avanti Spa! Myriam did my makeup for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect — exactly what I wanted. I showed her a few pictures of the look I was going for, and she recreated it flawlessly. I also had my hair done by Kyan and it was just as perfect — it lasted all day, even through the rain! I couldn’t have been happier with the results. Highly recommend both Myriam and Kyan. 10/10 experience!
I went there to do acrylic nails, they said they don’t offer it; however, 2 women do them in their salon. First of all, one of them called me and said the price is $70, when I texted her to book an appointment, she said the price is $80 and at last she charged me for $85. Secondly, she didn’t respect the hygiene, her tools and sticks were unclean, and it seemed she never cleaned them after the clients.
