The way they've let these apartment/townhouses just fall apart and also the property they're on, is disgusting!! If you're looking to rent, do not look here or any Nova property for that matter....bottom line is, they just DON'T care!!
This complex is nice and quiet. However the vacant apartment next to me has had a smoke alarm going off for about 3 hours. The emergency maintenance man, name was Emmett, asked me if I had a roof over my head. Like I'm not paying to live here and should just deal with it. Absolutely not ok. Everyone works. I do on Sundays and have a sick 6 year old. From 930pm until now, almost midnight it's still going off. I'd give these people a negative 5 out of 10. Unless you like not getting any damn sleep
Don’t move here. They are absolutely doing something shady. They wasted our time and money for two months, constantly post poning a move in date. Then the day of move in comes up and they didn’t even show up for move in and they were going to apologize for wasting our time and money. They never showed. And guess what? We never got to move in! HELLO LAWSUIT. Get yourself a lawyer if you live here. 🤗

New management is unresponsive. I have been trying to sign a new (although very shortened lease) for almost a month. Office staff keeps saying that they will email my lease but I am still waiting. Payment portal shows a month-to-month fee (you cannot edit payment amount to only pay my ACTUAL rent) even though they acknowledged that I would be signing a 6 month lease.
