I came in at 4pm for BIAB nails. While I was there, another customer walked in asking if they could fit her in. The staff said yes, and the nail tech working on me left to do her nails instead. I was left waiting. A gentleman came to continue my nails, but he didn’t do them properly. Another lady had to repeat the process. By then I had chosen my colour and asked for French tips. Best experience I’ve had getting my shellac taken off in Perth yet. The girl was so gentle with me and really took her time shaping my nails too. And not to mention it only cost me $15. Will be back every time now to get them taken off.
Have had to return 3 times in 6 days to have my nails fixed and now another one has popped off. I've been coming here for years and the quality has gone very downhill. Nothing in the way of compensation offered either after having to return so many times. Disgraceful
The ladies are nice and friendly. They do a good job and the salon is very clean and well kept 👍😊
