first time i ever met victoria, i knew she was going to be such an important human being in my life. i got my brows laminated, and she talked me through the whole process and was so welcoming & kind. after that, i started getting facials and my lashes done by her. every time i go to her we have great conversations, she explains everything throughly, and makes me feel BEAUTIFUL every time i walk in and out of her room.
