Upon calling numerous times one is put on hold for 90 minutes each time, and l seriously question the efficiency of this due to such lengthy waiting periods .
Victoria Legal Aid have wrong information on their website about contesting a Will. They state "Generally the person who wants to make a claim has to be closely related to the person who died. Examples of this are: a spouse or domestic partner (or former partner eligible to apply to court for a property settlement) a parent, child or stepchild, or someone treated as a child by the Will-maker." Apparently have funding to assist a violent man with repeated court matters, but would not assist a victim of violence, now on a permanent disability pension because of that, being victimized by a local Council and state government, in their own home, and would not say why. This state is in serious trouble with corruption and the people that profit from that corruption.
