I had a clasp replaced on a necklace. Both sides came undone, the string was not threaded properly and even after returning it 3 times, the work was still abysmal. Eventually went to another jeweller to get it done properly.
My boyfriend and I visited on separate occasions and staff were super helpful. Great customer service!
