I needed some glass cut for top part of a sash window. My Oakleigh local is George from Victoria Glass. He did it & called me the same day when it was ready to come & pick up. Perfect fit to my measurements and low price.
It was a terrible experience. They are not punctual. The work is not neat either. The only advantage is the low price. But there's a good reason for the low price. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
I recently ordered a square mirror. While they eventually got it close to right, it wasn't a great experience: - For days I got told "ready tomorrow, I'll call you". No call. Not ready. I didnt mind it taking longer, but needed a clear date to coordinate other trades. - On pickup the dimensions were wrong (too large). I had provided dimensions by text message. - I returned later that day.
