The assistant had a Horrible bedside manner. Telling me, the client what they are going to do even with me saying no. Just to bill my insurance for more. This will be a dispute at the least. Possible medical board investigation.
These people take forever like 3-4 hour wait times They also held mine and my daughter’s prescriptions for contacts hostage. They lied about taking our insurance. Highly advise to not visit this business. This is the worst eye doctor experience of my life and I was once in the military. By far the dumbest place to visit!
Dr Zahara Majeed was very cold during my exam. She lectured me about an unhealthy lifestyle after examining my eye for less than 5 minutes. She doesn't even deserve one star I do not recommend seeing her
