I am getting so sick and tired of finding my dad in a shitty nappy when I visit, I’m told they check nappies each morning and late afternoon, this place was great a year ago, change of manager and cutting costs (including getting rid of diversional therapists) has really affected the level of care my father now receives. I wouldn’t recommend this facility for a dog.

my wife and I had to shift to Christchurch and we were looking for a rest home for my wife . we had a look at a few of them and came across Victoria care and not only the place impressed me but also the mager and staff as very caring Coleen is now been there for 6 month and has settled down. my most great full thanks to the staff and a fantastic manager who took great interest in Coleen to make sure she became more calmer and setteld thank you Emma and staff . Mum only stayed for a few months, but I was impressed by the lovely facilities, opportunities, the kindness of the staff, the regular medical reviews, and manager Sandra. Thank you for caring for mum. I loved that you all knew mum by name and were so interactive with her and I appreciated you always made a cup of tea so mum could ‘entertain’ when I visited. I miss her every day.
