I received a phone call from the Rehab and Nursing Center that my mother was not progressing as expected and she was unable to return to her Senior Living Facility. I wanted to find a facility with the right staff to senior ratio, clean with a pleasant smell, happy seniors who like their menu/meals, and a facility that offers activities to keep their seniors engaged with others. Our mother has been a resident at Victor Views Assisted Living for six weeks now, it has been life changing for our mom. The staff at Victor Views have been amazing! While they encourage independence, they are always there to provide assistance and keep mom safe. The coordination with PT and OT has helped mom make great progress. The outings (recently to Kershaw Park and a ride on the Canandaigua Lady) have been wonderful, enjoyable times for the residents. This smaller assisted living community is more like a home. Beautifully decorated, very clean and well maintained, plus family owned and operated. I enjoyed my tour and found management, staff, and Owner Alyssa to be very welcoming, engaged, and kind.

Beautiful Senior Living Center. It’s small intimate, and the staff is great! A lot of one on one attention. It feels like a family, that’s what you want for your loved ones.

Victor Views is beautifully decorated and very homey. The staff is very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. My sister needed rehab after a long and severe illness and Victor Views implemented a care plan that helped her recover quickly with the support she needed. We are very grateful for the staff and owners for everything they have done for my sister.
