Excellent quality work, but it took a ridiculously long time with several delivery promises made then broken. Also, the upholstery stunk of cigarette smoke (which we have almost managed to eliminate with airing, sun and 2 bottles of Fabreze). Tell him not to smoke when working on your piece. Not cheap either.
Quality of workmanship excellent but needs to communicate progress more effectively.
