Don't even deserve a star. Worst company to deal with. Had to replace my tile bathrooms three times. They laid my carpet wrong and still won't replace it!!!!
Drove one hour 45 min from Hammondsport to get carpet advertised on Facebook Marketplace. They said that it was sold. They never took the listing down . I messaged them to take it down later that day. It is still up several days later. I should of know a business with a 3.4 Google rating would be a waste of time. These people have no clue and do not care.
Our floors are beautiful! Craig was super easy to work with and the crew were friendly and polite and quiet! I work from home and really appreciated that. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.
