I purchased a product recommended to my by an employee. This product was absolutely garbage. I called back and was told I could exchange for the same tool from a different brand. I then got there and they would not take the product back. Forcing me stuck with $30 worth of trash. If you go to victors make sure you know exactly what you want. The employees I spoke with had close to no experience or knowledge on much of anything but how to work a register.
