Normally shop at Coles but thought I would try IGA at 12 noon today everything was OK but was struck by the less than friendly check out person and unlike Coles they don’t pack your bag …. Back to Coles next time…
amazing
Alana at the front is extremely lovely. She aided me when I went in and started feeling ill, getting me water and helping me sit
The same senior register person constantly packs the delicate items on the bottom of the bag - resulting in loses every weeek .(Sunday staff) I have been reporting this since Easter with nothing happening . Call up the manager today Sunday after getting home to find more damaged items and no offer of exchange to new item , just the lady is new. She isn’t been there since at least Easter . I he store was much better run when the teenagers ran the place on weekends
