Pam, Thank you for helpings us with our travel plans. Our family had a great time in Jamaica and was so very grateful for how you provided all the information we would need in a beautiful binder (transfers, tickets etc.). It made our trip easy. The luggage tags were also a very nice touch. To top it all off we were greated with a Welcome Home card when we arrived home. What a nice surpirse. I will definetely worked with Pam and Vicki's Travel again!
One of the agents in particular was very helpful, while others were extremely rude. Unfortunately, the rude far outweighs the helpful for me, so I would NEVER return to the agency and I encourage others not to either.
